Senior Project Manager

As a seasoned design professional and project manager, Larry brings over 30 years of experience to VIVO. He has extensive professional knowledge of a broad variety of medical/healthcare, corporate, academic, and residential projects. Larry skillfully manages the entire project lifecycle from conception through completion, drives business development initiatives, and resolves complex project-issues. Additionally, he integrates design solutions into cohesive construction document packages and oversees construction administration services.

Larry holds a BA from the American University in Washington D.C. and received his architectural training from Boston Architectural College. He is an affiliate member of the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) and the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities (SPNEA).

Larry is passionate about historic restoration projects and has been actively involved in the preservation of several properties in Charlestown and Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
