Principal

Mike brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience leading large-scale commercial projects throughout New England and New York.  His clientele includes prominent names from Boston’s real estate development industry, like New England Development, Simon Property Group, Finard Properties, Linear Retail Properties, The Wilder Companies, and Capstone Communities.
Mike is noted for his outstanding client service and team management skills.
He has played pivotal roles in driving the multifaced project delivery process, including early entitlements and community outreach; site design; building design and planning; construction documentation; contractor pre-qualifications; contracts; and construction administration. Besides, he excels in managing large-scale, mixed-use developments with multiple client entities, complex approval and entitlement processes, and intricate design and construction components.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a Registered Architect in the State of New York.

Besides work, Mike enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, golf, exploring Europe, cruising through the Boston neighborhoods, live music, and appreciating the accomplishments of his two children.
