Evolved by Nature (EbN) develops Activated Silk™ biotechnology, which harvests brand new molecules from natural and renewable resources, such as silk. These molecules serve as renewable and sustainable alternatives to traditional ingredients found in industries such as apparel, personal care, and medicine.
After outgrowing their previous facility in Medford MA, EbN selected a 45,000 RSF suite at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham, a Bullfinch Properties building repositioned for Life Sciences in March 2023. Vivo Architecture led the design, with Richmond Construction Company managing construction.
EbN wanted to create a welcoming office environment by blending elements of nature, science, and home, ultimately resulting in a harmonious and balanced design.
