Triana Biomedicines specializes in molecular glue technology, developing therapies aimed at diseases long considered inaccessible by conventional drug approaches. This innovative method allows for highly precise treatments across a wide range of diseases.

To support its growth, the company secured a 30,000 RSF third-floor suite at 1050 Waltham Street in Lexington, MA, a brand-new, lab-ready facility equipped with modern amenities. The space is designed with a 50/50 split between office and research areas. Given that most researchers also require office space, creating a welcoming, collaborative environment was essential to encourage cross-functional communication and spontaneous interaction.
