Finard Properties is a third-generation real estate development and management company whose mission is to provide community-enhancing real estate developments. The company portfolio includes real estate in multiple asset classes: office, retail, and hospitality throughout the East Coast. The Finard team identifies properties that have great potential for redevelopment and works closely with community members, municipal leaders, and design professionals to expertly plan, permit, finance, and deliver best-in-class assets.
One Monument, a 10 Story office building in downtown Portland Maine, dating from the early 1970s provided challenges with low floor-to-floor heights, dated office décor, and poor illumination. Finard is looking to refresh the common areas in an effort to rejuvenate the property to attract new tenants. A fitness center was programmed to be part of that rejuvenation by featuring a clean, bright, and contemporary amenity consistent with today’s office tenant expectations. VIVO was tasked to create a vibrant fitness facility with an open ceiling concept, contemporary linear pendant light fixtures, and new toilet/locker rooms with modern finishes. VIVO’s finish palette includes sleek LED lighting options, natural wood wall panels, and soft seating options. Completion is targeted for Q1 2025.
