As the first tenant in the recently-renovated 33 New York Avenue complex, Replimune brought in the VIVO team to design their newly combined corporate office facilities, R&D laboratories, and manufacturing spaces to better reflect the unique and innovative nature of the company’s work.
The first floor’s high-bay space holds a cGMP facility, a warehouse, and quality control cells. A mechanical mezzanine has also been built over the entire manufacturing area as an add-on.
Office and lab spaces occupy the second floor, which features several structural cross-bracing elements glazed and painted with saturated accent colors from the company’s branding palette. The office space, much of it dedicated to meeting and collaboration areas, is now filled with plenty of natural light, with soft and calming tones.
Direct access to the common recreational area outside fosters communication with the neighbors and promotes a communal spirit.
